Ok, I just saw Avatar. No comments necessary beyond it was amazing.

Then I saw Legion......

DO NOT SEE THIS MOVIE IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

Worst movie experience ever. The action sequences are what you see in the commercials, nothing more. It sucks.

Got a perfect copy of Avatar. Watched it 2 nights in a row, and we're watching it on a friend's 55" LED tomorrow after the HD Super Bowl again.

I loved it - I don't care what anyone else says, it really was amazing.

Of course, the download would be illegal.

Oh, and I watched it on my 24" and haven't popped it in my 42". But my buddy has a 50" I think it is...Samsung LED - popped it on there last night and it's definitely far from perfect on there - but still well worth it.

It has a skip every 12-14 seconds, other than that, it's still pretty awesome.

I am usually in the same mindset as you. I don't go to movies. This was well worth it. On top of that, I saw it in Miami, on a Sunday, at a theater in a mall. It was packed with the crowd you don't want at a movie with you. Once the movie started, all that went away.

I kept shifting in my seat after 50 minutes, just like any other movie. 3D is a 5hrs drive from here. Not gonna happen.

So why can't we put out 100fps on a computer monirot and key it in some way to link that to the left and right eye?
